Understanding the Entries Table #
The responses table breaks down your data using clear, sortable columns to give you complete context for every submission:
- ID: A unique tracking number assigned to every response (e.g., #46). Click the arrow icon to sort entries by newest or oldest.
- Flow: Indicates exactly which Form the user interacted with (such as General Survey Form).
- Status: A live color-coded badge showing the completion state of the form (e.g., a green Completed badge).
- Read State: A helpful tracking badge to keep your workflow organized:
- Read (Gray badge) means you have already opened and reviewed this entry.
- Unread (Blue badge) highlights brand-new submissions that need your attention.
- Completion: A visual green progress bar and percentage tracker (e.g., 100%) showing exactly how far the user made it through your flow before submitting.
- Time: Shows how long ago the entry came in (for example, 7 days ago), making it simple to track recent activity at a glance.
- Actions: Use the action buttons at the end of each entry row to manage and review submissions.
