When you open Formgic inside your WordPress site, you will see the Dashboard page first. This page gives you a quick and simple summary of how your forms are doing. You can see which forms are live and check if you are getting new leads
- Understanding Analytics
You do not need to install a separate tracking plugin. Formgic counts everything for you automatically. You can see Four Top Boxes in the Dashboard. These boxes show your main numbers. You can click the buttons above them to see stats for the last 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, or All time.
Total Views: How many times people looked at your forms.
Total Entries: How many people actually finished filling out a form.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who completed the form. A higher number means your form is working really well!
Active Flows: How many forms are live on your website right now.
Performance Overview: The line graph on the left shows your progress day by day. You can click on Starts, Entries, or Conversion Rate at the top of the graph to see exactly which days brought in the most leads.
- Managing Flows
On the bottom right of the screen, you will see a section called All Flows. This list shows your most recent forms so you can manage them quickly.
See if a form is live: Look for the green LIVE badge next to the form name.
Turn a form on or off: Use the toggle switch on the right side. If you turn it off, visitors cannot see the form on your website anymore. You do not need to delete the shortcode from your page.
More options: Click the three dots (…) next to any form to edit it quickly.
Performance Overview: The line graph on the left shows your progress day by day. You can click on Starts, Entries, or Conversion Rate at the top of the graph to see exactly which days brought in the most leads.
