The Integrations page allows you to connect Formgic with third-party services to automate workflows, send notifications, synchronize data, and extend the functionality of your conversational forms.
Once an integration is configured, it can be used across your flows to perform actions such as sending emails, adding products to a WooCommerce cart, notifying team members, triggering automation platforms, syncing contacts with marketing tools, and connecting AI services.
Managing Your Integrations #
Every integration card displays a clear status badge so you know exactly what is running:
- Connected / Active: The integration is successfully linked and ready to use in your flows.

Email / SMTP #
The Email / SMTP integration allows Formgic to send email notifications directly from your flows. Emails can be sent using your WordPress mail configuration or a custom SMTP service.
Configuration #
By default, Formgic can send emails using your WordPress site’s default mail configuration.
For improved email deliverability, it is recommended to enable Custom SMTP and configure your SMTP server credentials. Using a custom SMTP server helps reduce the chances of emails being rejected, delayed, or marked as spam.
