- File Uploads & Media Storage: If you configure your forms to accept file uploads, all uploaded documents, images, or media files are transferred directly to your own WordPress media library and hosting server. We never host, cache, or see these files.
- Email Notifications & Routing: Formgic triggers standard email notifications (like submission receipts or admin alerts) using your website’s native email setup or third-party SMTP configurations. These transactional emails are routed entirely through your own infrastructure.
- Form Session Continuity: To ensure a smooth conversational chat experience, the plugin may use basic browser cookies or local storage. This allows your users to complete multi-step forms without losing their progress if they refresh the page.
- Note for Admins: Our plugin includes an optional feature that lets you track user IP addresses, locations, and browser data for spam protection. If you turn this on, that data stays safely inside your local database too. You are responsible for letting your own users know you are tracking this.

- Digital Advertising Networks & Retargeting: We partner with third-party ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads to display targeted advertisements across the internet based on your past visits to formgic.com. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Max Liability: Our total liability to you for any issue relating to our website or software/plugin will never exceed the total amount you actually paid us for your software license.
