Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
At Formgic, we want you to love our plugin and ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.. Because Formgic is a premium, self-hosted WordPress plugin runs directly on your own WordPress website and server, we offer a transparent, risk-free refund policy alongside clear rules to help us maintain and support our software.
Please read the simple guidelines below to see how our refunds work.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to try Formgic completely risk-free. That is why we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from your original date of purchase.
- This applies to all initial license purchases, including yearly plans and Lifetime Deals.
- If you run into a technical issue that cannot be fixed, face a plugin conflict on your site, or simply decide Formgic isn’t the right fit for your workflow, you can ask for a 100% refund—no questions asked—as long as you email us within your first 30 days.
2. After the 30-Day Window
Once 30 days have passed from your purchase date, no refunds can be issued for any reason.
By purchasing our software, you understand and agree to these standard rules for formgic plugin:
- Future Updates and Compatibility: Web hosting, WordPress core files, and other plugins change all the time. If a future WordPress update, hosting change, or software bug causes a performance drop or slow rendering on your site after your 30-day window ends, we cannot issue a refund. However, our technical support team is always here to assist you and will work diligently to help you investigate and resolve any compatibility issues or bugs that come up.
- Unfixable Site Conflicts: We work hard to fix bugs quickly. However, because every server environment is unique, some deep hosting limitations or unique plugin conflicts might be completely unfixable on your specific server. These rare cases do not qualify for a refund after 30 days.
- Fixes Take Time: Writing clean code and testing updates takes time due to our development cycles. While we always try to fix bugs as fast as possible, a delay in a software patch does not extend the 30-day refund window.
3. What is Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds do not apply to the following:
- Automatic Subscription Renewals: For yearly recurring plans, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription from your account dashboard before your renewal date if you do not want to be rebilled. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
- Repeat Purchases: If you buy Formgic, get a refund, and then buy it again later, your second purchase is immediately non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Once we approve your refund request, the money moves through standard banking steps:
- Our End: We will process and send the refund from our system within 1 to 30 working days.
- Your Bank’s End: After we send the refund, it usually takes 7 to 10 working days for the transaction to clear and show up on your bank statement or payment method.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
We are always here to help you. If you have a billing issue or want a refund, please talk to us directly instead of opening a dispute with your bank.
- If a chargeback or dispute is filed in bad faith for a transaction that is past our 30-day window, we reserve the right to immediately deactivate your license key and stop all software updates and template access. We will also share this agreed agreement with your payment provider to resolve the dispute.
6. How to Request a Refund
To make sure your request is processed quickly, please contact us using our official support channels:
- By Email: Send an email to support@formgic.com using the same registered email address you used to buy the plugin.
- By Live Chat: You can also contact our team through the live support chat assistant on our homepage (formgic.com).
(Please note that refund requests sent via social media or community forums cannot be verified by our billing system and will not count toward your 30-day timeline. Please always submit your refund requests through our official support email or live website chat only.)
